Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use mithilabakes.com or order from Mithila Bakes Private Limited. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only after we call or message you on the number you gave. If we cannot reach you, we may hold or cancel the order.
• Cakes need at least 3 hours' notice. Other items need about 30 minutes.
• We may refuse orders that look fake, or block numbers that repeatedly do not accept orders.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include taxes. Cake prices on the menu are for ½ kg; 1 kg costs double.
• Payment is cash on delivery, or cash at the shop for pickups. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can.
• Prices can change. You pay the price shown when you placed the order.

Products

• All our products are 100% vegetarian and all our cakes are eggless. They contain wheat (gluten) and milk, and may contain nuts and soy. Tell us about allergies in the order notes.
• Photos show the style of each item. Decorations, colours and shapes can vary slightly.
• Cream cakes and pastries are perishable. Keep them refrigerated and eat them within 24 hours.

Franchise enquiries

Submitting a franchise application does not create any agreement or promise of returns. Any franchise arrangement needs a separate written agreement.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as bad weather, strikes or restrictions inside the township.

Law and disputes
